Payroll Coordinator/Administrator

Overview reputed company, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator/Administrator. This work-from-home position is responsible for carrying out various day-to-day responsibilities that include reputed company financial planning, reporting, and analysis for reputed company Ansible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national reputed company, health care, and information technology. ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing payroll operations for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Work with employees to capture missing time entries and clarify any discrepancies. Assist in reviewing and verifying time records for accuracy and completeness for weekly and bi-weekly payrolls. Work with employees and clients to process prior pay period modifications and reputed company timecard adjustments/corrections to support invoicing. Process payroll exceptions including overpayments, off-cycle adjustments, etc. Assist with processing PTO payouts, garnishments, bonuses, and any other supplemental pay. Respond to employee-reputed company payroll inquiries. Assist in managing phone lines. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of payroll experience in multi-pay schedule environments. Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees. Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations.
