Senior Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Operations Analyst with 4–7 years of experience to support and streamline billing, payable, and financial operations processes. Roles and responsibilities Manage and ensure the smooth functioning of billing and payable operations. reputed company reconciliation of payments, refunds, and financial transactions across systems. Handle returned payments and disputes reputed company to minimize financial losses. Generate and validate pre-billing and post-billing checks to ensure billing accuracy. Prepare custom invoices and commission reports as required by the business. Support monthly financial reporting activities and maintain reporting accuracy. Identify process gaps, discrepancies, and reporting errors, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them. Work cross-functionally with customer service, development teams, stakeholders, and external vendors on financial and operational queries. Assist in implementing and monitoring new process changes and operational improvements. Conduct regular audits of automated financial processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Generate reports required for taxation purposes and support audit-reputed company queries. Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) activities. Must have 4–7 years of experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) processes. Hands-on experience in billing, payment reconciliation, aging management, and commission calculations. Strong understanding of expense report processing and financial controls. Experience handling refunds, disputes, and payment-reputed company issue resolution. Proficiency in generating financial reports, invoices, and audit/taxation documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to reputed company learning and process improvement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Good to have Proficiency in MS reputed company and financial/reputed company systems. Experience working with automated financial processes and audit workflows. Exposure to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects. Experience working in high-volume transactional environments.
