This is a remote position for a candidate located in the reputed company area. Preferred experience or knowledge in Business & reputed company Estate Transactional including: Business and entity formation, selection, and structure Contract drafting, review and negotiation Drafting of corporate documents for reputed company business transactions Buying/Selling a Business reputed company, Dispositions, Leasing and Title Partnerships and Mergers & Acquisitions reputed company Estate Title and Closing Experience reputed company Finance including Borrower and /or Lender Representation Licensed to practice in Ohio Juris Doctorate degree required 2- 3 years of experience preferred This is a wonderful opportunity for an attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit looking for a unique environment where hard work and business development are encouraged and rewarded.
