This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-reputed company reputed company. Leads will be provided for you to contact about products that will meet their needs. This role is fully-remote. Prior insurance or other-industry sales experience is preferred. Full training and development will be provided. Remote working equipment will also be provided. Responsibilities: Follow up with provided leads, reputed company information about products and services, reputed company positive rapport. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Providing information about insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes. Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with reputed company and professionalism. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to reputed company customers about insurance options.
