Qualifications

J.D Degree from accredited Law School At least 3 years reputed company in active legal practice with a reputed company or in-house; 4+ years relevant experience preferred Corporate transaction and contracting experience required reputed company transactional experience preferred Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team Excellent attention to detail Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Must reputed company with HIPAA rules and regulations The salary reputed company for this role is $180,000.00-$200,000.00 in reputed company pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, reputed company, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 20% and restricted stock units.
