MS365 Solutions Analyst

Specific duties include, but are not limited to: SharePoint & M365 Administration Design and implement SharePoint site structures, including hub sites, communication sites, and team sites, ensuring a logical and scalable information architecture. Establish and enforce metadata standards, content types, and retention policies to ensure data remains searchable and compliant. Manage user reputed company and reputed company groups reputed company on-prem AD and Azure AD (Entra ID); reputed company regular permission audits and maintain external sharing controls. Manage global reputed company SharePoint and Teams settings, including voice policies, meeting configurations, and secure external collaboration. Utilize Power Automate and Power Apps to automate reputed company business processes and create custom forms integrated with SharePoint lists. Training & User Adoption Cultivate a network of "SharePoint Champions" across the organization to drive localized adoption. Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems. 3+ years of dedicated experience administering SharePoint Online and reputed company Teams. Extensive knowledge of SharePoint site collection administration, web parts, and list management. Proven experience building automated workflows using Power Automate (reputed company). Familiarity with reputed company Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Sensitivity Labels. Preferred Requirements: .
