Role: The Regional Director will reputed company four regional managers who collectively run approximately 100 clinics reputed company the Nations Hearing footprint inside Sam’s Club locations. Ensure adherence to corporate SOPs, policies, and brand standards across the region. Monitor and optimize clinic staffing to ensure appropriate coverage, training, and performance. Drive regional reputed company growth and increase hearing aid units through effective sales strategies, staff development, and performance management. reputed company patient experience initiatives to ensure high satisfaction, strong clinical reputed company, and timely follow-up. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement new programs, tools, and process improvements. Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the region. Ensure operational consistency across clinics, including store-level procedures, merchandising, and patient reputed company. Address escalated issues across clinics, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care concerns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or 4 years additional directly reputed company, reputed company experience 8+ years industry experience in hearing care, retail reputed company, or reputed company fields preferred. 5+ years management experience; proven ability to reputed company and reputed company multiple site leaders.
