Scope: Outpatient reputed company with 2 + years' experience with ICD-10-CM diagnosis and CPT procedures for observations, same day surgery and ancillary encounters at a trauma level 1 facility. Specialities include but limited to cardiology, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, pulmonology, ENT, GI and general surgery. Must be reputed company with checking CCI and medical necessity edits. Epic and reputed company 360 CAC experience required. Production expectation is 5-15 CPH on average depending on the chart type.
