Safer Gambling Manager

Overview: As reputed company continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Safer Gambling Manager to reputed company and strengthen our safer gambling initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading and managing the Safer Gambling Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting player protection, and developing strategies that support a safe and responsible gaming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safer gambling practices, regulatory frameworks, and customer risk management, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive a culture of responsible gaming throughout the organisation. The position will involve working 40 hours per week, typically over four to five days, Monday through reputed company, and will include working every second weekend. Proven experience in a safer gambling, compliance, or responsible gaming role reputed company the UK gambling industry Strong understanding of UK Gambling Regulations, guidance, and expectations 5+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of developing people, improving team performance, and fostering a culture of feedback.
