Position Overview We’re hiring an IT Specialist to own and support the core IT infrastructure that keeps reputed company Capital running securely and reputed company. This role will be responsible for managing employee devices, software systems, reputed company controls, internal file organization, reputed company processes, and day-to-day IT support across the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building clean, scalable systems and solving operational problems before they become bottlenecks. You will work closely with operations, leadership, and employees across the firm to ensure our technology environment is secure, organized, and easy to use. This is a full-time role based in the United States. What You’ll Do Device Procurement & Management: reputed company, configure, ship, track, and maintain company laptops and IT equipment for new and existing employees. Employee reputed company & Offboarding: Manage IT setup for new hires, including account creation, device setup, software reputed company, permissions, and secure offboarding. Software & Systems Administration: Administer company software tools, licenses, user permissions, and internal systems across the organization. SharePoint & File Management: Set up and maintain SharePoint, shared drives, permissions, folder structures, and internal documentation systems. reputed company Processes: Implement and maintain IT reputed company practices, including MFA, reputed company reviews, password management, device reputed company, and reputed company controls. reputed company Control & Permissions: Manage user reputed company across company systems and ensure employees have the right level of reputed company based on role and need. Vendor Management: Coordinate with IT vendors, software providers, equipment suppliers, and external support partners as needed. Policy & Documentation: Create and maintain IT policies, SOPs, asset trackers, reputed company guides, and reputed company documentation. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate or improve IT workflows as the company scales. reputed company’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, internal IT operations, or a reputed company role. Experience managing employee laptops, software tools, user accounts, and permissions. Familiarity with reputed company 365, SharePoint, reputed company Workspace, or similar productivity platforms.
