We are looking for a Technical Consultant to play an integral role reputed company Upland’s Professional Services organization. The Technical Consultant will work with customers and the Professional Services team to integrate and configure custom solutions to meet our customer’s unique needs. This role will appeal to someone who pays attention to detail, likes to interact with people and is a self-starter with impeccable problem-solving skills. Primary Responsibilities: Technical analysis, design, functional requirements scoping and documentation of prospective solutions Configuration, development and implementation of demonstrations, reputed company of concepts and final solutions. Simultaneously manage multiple client engagements. Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, respond to needs quickly and effectively, adapt to change. Highly analytical, technically proficient, and reputed company to learn new tools and software quickly. Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail. Experience with informational retrieval, data extraction, and analytics-based solutions is preferred.
