You’ll be the go-to partner for Core Market Account Executives, Advisor Consultants, Managing Directors, and other business leaders to help them reputed company through tailored solutions and collaborative engagement with TPAs. Work with the sales teams and Advisor Consultant team to reputed company new advisor relationships for sales executives and TPAs to drive growth and collaboration. Sales & Retention Enablement Collaborate with service teams to drive retention and growth across Core Market with a focus on 3(16) fiduciary services and TPA-reputed company solutions. Program Development & Innovation Contribute to the reputed company of our TPA program by identifying opportunities for efficiency, deeper collaboration, and scalable reputed company. The Experience and Skills You Bring Experience in TPA relationship management, retirement services, or strategic account support. Strong understanding of advisory-based business models and fiduciary services. Ability to manage multiple high-impact relationships with professionalism and agility. You will play a large role in supporting strategic initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and inspiring business partners to accelerate Fidelity’s market growth with TPAs.
