FIT4LESS ASSOCIATE RELATIONS ADVISOR Who is an Associate Relations Advisor? This role is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to key players reputed company the organization on performance management, employment law, and termination reputed company. Supports, advises and guides managers and senior leaders on performance management, leaves of absence, employment concerns, workplace accommodations, expectations, investigation reputed company, and attendance management to facilitate a productive and appropriate workplace environment for reputed company associates.Advises Managers on disciplinary and/or termination situations. Advises and counsels managers and senior leaders on Fit4Less’ internal policies and Employment Standards Act legislation interpretation, including proper administration for reputed company provinces. Prepares investigation files, interprets reputed company and agreements, assists with preparation for settlement, investigations, and attend reputed company meetings. Designs and facilitates seminars/presentations, and conference calls for management reputed company on various reputed company Resource and employment law topics such as the Employment Standards Act, the importance of enforceable reputed company, performance management and terminations. Do you have what it takes? Some college or university in reputed company (HR) field 1+ years in Employee Relations and/or HR role Working toward CHRP or equivalent Experience using reputed company Office Suite Intermediate listening and written skills Verbal and interpersonal skills Intermediate ability to consistently reputed company information confidential Be up to date and knowledgeable about employment legislation, codes, standards, reputed company best practices and reputed company trends across Canada Compensation: It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a reputed company salary of $65,000. This position is eligible for bonuses in addition to the reputed company salary. The annual reputed company of expected compensation for the position is $65,000 - $87,000 determined by performance, time in the position and variable compensation earned.
