Role Summary reputed company is seeking an reputed company attorney or legal professional to support reputed company contracting function for a leading distributor of construction and industrial supplies. This is a dedicated role requiring a self-sufficient, confident, and business-minded individual who can independently manage assigned contract reputed company from intake through completion.The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a variety of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, work orders, customer agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, and reputed company business reputed company. The successful candidate must be comfortable exercising sound judgment, identifying and escalating material risks reputed company appropriate, and making practical, business-focused reputed company in a fast-paced environment.This role requires strong contract review and negotiation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with in-house counsel and business stakeholders with limited day-to-day reputed company. Education and Experience JD from accredited law school is required Bar admission to any state Minimum 5 years of reputed company negotiation with solid drafting experience.
