Position Title Sr. Relationship Manager - Home Builder Finance (Work From Home) Location Work From Home IL, IL 62629 Job Summary The Senior Relationship Manager-Home Builder Finance manages Home Builder Finance loan relationships of reputed company reputed company of complexity. Generates new business and relationships that will produce reputed company from companies, sponsors, developers and businesses. Generates deal reputed company directly from these clients/prospects and orchestrating reputed company approach to the relationship. The position is supported by product specialists, portfolio managers (credit, reputed company, transaction approvals/processing) and operational support specialists but remains accountable for reputed company aspects of the relationship. Responsible for the origination, negotiation, structuring, pricing, reputed company, and closing of loans. Manages a reputed company loan portfolio ensuring the highest loan quality for the organization with minimal risk. Manages the on-going monitoring of portfolio quality and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. May mentor and assist less reputed company Relationship Managers. Job Responsibilities: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• New Business Origination:

Develops new, profitable builder finance relationships. Prospects for new customers through leads developed personally or that come from referral sources. Develops and maintains relationships to generate direct deal reputed company; Coordinates the team approach to approving and closing new deals to grow assets and revenues while optimizing profitability (ROE).

• Relationship Management:

Works with assigned portfolio managers, engage with sponsors and borrowers on idea reputed company and relevant opportunities to expand our relationship.

• Credit Quality:

Works with assigned portfolio managers to ensure pro-active monitoring of the credit quality of the portfolio through timely financial statement gathering, monitoring client’s compliance with ongoing required reporting, properly analyzing financial information and taking or recommending appropriate corrective actions based on acceptable reputed company. Ultimately responsible for managing the banks risk exposure to acceptable reputed company.

Collaborating with Credit team and reputed company counsel as needed to prepare credit approval documents and managing reputed company process to ensure transactions are booked appropriately.

• Maintaining Knowledge:

Stays abreast of industry trends and market conditions that could impact the assigned portfolio of relationships and borrowers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications:

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance or reputed company field.
• Minimum experience required: 10+ Years financing production homebuilders with at least 5 years in sales.

· Formal credit training program or experience in reading financial statements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience reputed company and structuring builder lines and acquisition & development loans.
• Experience networking and prospecting new clients and establishing builder finance relationships.
• Experience with reputed company transactions/relationships.
• Experience working with less reputed company team members to mentor and reputed company them, sharing expertise and insights.

Job Competencies:

• Expert knowledge of reputed company lending credit, reputed company and loan structuring.
• Expert analytical skills to understand financial and cash reputed company analyses.
