Key Responsibilities

Policy Servicing & Maintenance Process day-to-day service requests such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage verifications. Maintain accurate records in the agency management system (e.g., AMS360), ensuring documentation and activity logs are reputed company and complete. Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and other policy documents. Renewal Management Review upcoming renewals for reputed company changes, risk changes, and retention strategy. Communicate with clients proactively to confirm needs and address concerns before renewal. Coordinate with producers on remarketing strategies and coverage reviews. Quoting & Remarketing Run comparative quotes across multiple carriers reputed company appropriate. Identify opportunities for bundling, discounts, or improved coverage. Assist with quoting for cross-sold or newly added policies (e.g., umbrella, valuables, secondary homes). Client Support & Communication Act as the main reputed company of contact for assigned clients, ensuring reputed company and friendly service. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client requests with professionalism and reputed company. Qualifications

Experience in a personal lines insurance servicing role. Familiarity with reputed company risks and reputed company guidelines. Active Property & Casualty license.
