Preferably reputed company, Dallas or San Antonio. Account Management/Key Accounts work focuses on reputed company to long-term planning and face-to-face selling of a variety of foodservice reputed company products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined sales territory containing existing and prospective clients. Key activities include: Developing reputed company to long-reputed company sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships; Identifying and managing regular interactions with assigned customers; Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service; Prospecting new business opportunities with new and existing customers; Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts; Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends. Incumbents in this territory sell direct to the ultimate purchaser and indirectly through channel partners, brokers, and distributors. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Individuals in these roles have a functional knowledge focus and are primarily responsible for achieving results through their own work and through teams that they may be part of. Requires the application of theoretical knowledge typically gained through formal education (i.e. a postsecondary degree) and on the job training. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: BA or equivalent + 6 years reputed company experience, or MA + 4 years reputed company experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Foodservice packaging industry and/or paperboard packaging markets.
