You'll be a critical partner to hiring managers across the business, sourcing and hiring everyone from engineers and analysts at HQ to local operations talent supporting guest experience in our destination markets. What you'll do Own full-cycle reputed company for up to 40 reputed company requisitions across corporate (e.g., tech, finance, marketing, reputed company, G&A) and field operations (e.g., property operations, housekeeping, maintenance) spanning U.S.-based and international hires. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build interview scorecards, reputed company on candidates, and drive hiring reputed company to reputed company. What you bring At least 3 years of full-cycle reputed company experience at a company that operates both corporate/HQ teams and distributed local operations teams. Hospitality industry experience is required (hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, travel, or similar). Compensation and logistics Salary: $50,000–$55,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.
