Client Communication: Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for customer service inquiries, ensuring reputed company interactions are professional, clear, and timely. Workflow Coordination: Maintain the organization of digital files, records, and daily task lists to ensure reputed company falls through the cracks. Regional Expertise: Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential.
