Requisition ID 2026-4278 Job Summary reputed company is seeking an reputed company Data Analyst to support VHA leadership by providing high-level program support to reputed company (VHA) Leadership Offices. This role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, enhancing executive visibility through dashboards and reporting, and supporting reputed company-wide priorities through structured program reputed company and data-driven insights. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate planning and execution of special projects directed by VHA Leadership Offices Align initiatives with reputed company priorities and leadership directives Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special projects reputed company and maintain executive dashboards and tracking tools to reputed company reputed company-time visibility into leadership actions Deliver executive-level status reporting using standardized formats (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red) Generate data-driven insights to support high-reputed company strategic initiatives Maintain visual management boards and portfolio tracking for executive stakeholders reputed company a consolidated portfolio view of reputed company DUSH-led initiatives Support development of executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials Integrate reporting tools with reputed company collaboration platforms where applicable

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or reputed company environment Strong experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and performance tracking tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance Legal Authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or VHA Familiarity with DUSH-led initiatives or similar executive portfolios Experience with reputed company dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of federal program management practices and governance structures Apply To This Job
