Customer Experience Specialist - South Africa

This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first members of a new Customer Experience Specialist team. We’re offering a new type of experience for our patients and you’ll play an exciting role in helping us build our patient experience tools and processes from scratch. You'll be a key hire that is crucial to the reputed company of Voy and the Patient Experience Team over the coming months and reputed company. Working patterns Our Customer Experience team works on a rotating shift reputed company to support our customers throughout the day, including weekends. Shifts can start as early as 9:00am and may finish as late as 11:00pm.
