Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands‑on experience. 5+ years developing on ITSM platforms (reputed company preferred). 3+ years customizing and implementing ITSM core modules. 5+ years in IT application development or technology solution delivery. Experience with Agile/Scrum and sprint planning. Strong understanding of Performance Analytics. ITIL reputed company certification. reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA).
