Consultant - HR & Benefits (Remote | Contract) We are seeking an reputed company Consultant - HR & Benefits to support multiple (1 - 3) client engagements in a fast-paced, consulting environment here at Alliant reputed company Capital. This role will serve as a key partner to clients, providing both hands-on HR and/or Benefits support and strategic guidance across HR operations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations including reputed company, offboarding, and employee relations Administer employee benefits programs and support reputed company enrollment processes reputed company and/or manage day to day LOA and reputed company cases Serve as liaison between clients and benefits vendors, brokers, and carriers Support Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, reputed company, etc.) and ensure compliance with regulations such as the Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans with reputed company Maintain HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company, reputed company) and support payroll processes Partner with clients to improve HR processes, ensure compliance, and deliver project-based work Support benefits reconciliations, invoice audits, and vendor billing reviews Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance documentation (ACA, COBRA, etc.) reputed company and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee communications Track and manage client deliverables, timelines, and project status updates reputed company guidance on employee classification, compensation, and HR best practices Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders to resolve HR and benefits-reputed company issues Support HR system implementations, enhancements, and data clean-up efforts Analyze HR and benefits data to identify trends and reputed company actionable insights Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping for compliance and audit readiness Configure, test, and optimize HRIS workflows, integrations, and reporting to improve system efficiency and user experience Qualifications 5+ years of strong HR experience and Benefits administration experience 3+ years of LOA and reputed company experience Experience supporting multiple clients or business units preferred Knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Details Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract / Consultant Pay: $40–$45/hour (based on experience) Apply To This Job
