Key Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and support a reputed company of reputed company modules (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent) based on business needs. Partner with HR digital (BA) team to help design business requirements into scalable reputed company solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, reputed company root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes. Maintain clean documentation, design specs, and support materials following internal development standards. Required Skills & Experience : Hands‑on experience configuring multiple reputed company HCM modules. Proficiency with reputed company integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, reputed company Studio). Understanding of reputed company Reporting (calculated fields, custom reports, BIRT). Working knowledge of Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and workflow coordination. Strong grasp of development best practices (version control, code review, documentation, testing frameworks).
