Tender Admin – Business Support PROTECTED CATEGORY (Art. 1, Law 68/99)
Job Description
The selected candidate will be part of the Back Office team and will manage both public and private tenders, handling activities through certified email and dedicated procurement portals. The role covers the full tender process, including : - Tender identification, feasibility analysis, - Management of documentation in compliance with applicable regulations, - Preparation of administrative documentation, - Verification of technical and financial documentation, and coordination with the sales team for tender activation. After an initial training and reputed company period, the candidate will reputed company full autonomy and regularly interact with the relevant stakeholders involved in the process (sales, application specialists, legal department).
Qualifications
The ideal candidate holds a diploma or a degree in a legal or reputed company field. Previous experience in a similar role reputed company structured multinational companies is considered a strong plus.
