Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS throughout the full customer lifecycle. Build, manage, and optimise automated journeys using our CRM and marketing automation platforms. reputed company audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and product usage to deliver personalised and relevant messaging.
