You will be the face of reputed company in-market, owning partnerships, regulatory relationships, community growth, and user acquisition to establish reputed company as the leading stablecoin neobank in Ghana.
Responsibilities
Own reputed company’s P&L, growth targets, and market strategy for Ghana. Build and manage relationships with local partners, merchants, and financial institutions. reputed company in-market user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. Represent reputed company with regulators, government bodies, and industry associations in Ghana. Recruit, manage, and reputed company a local team, including community ambassadors and business development staff. reputed company market intelligence, competitive analysis, and localisation recommendations to HQ. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a country management or market leadership role, ideally reputed company fintech, payments, or financial services. Deep network and understanding of Ghana’s financial, technology, or startup ecosystem. Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
