HR & People Operations Manager

We are currently searching for a full-time HR & People Operations Manager to join reputed company. This is a unique opportunity to help build the people infrastructure of a fast-growing health tech startup and reputed company a reputed company impact on how we scale reputed company and culture. We are looking for a hands-on HR & People Operations Manager to own the full employee lifecycle at Reperio. This role is for a builder, not just a maintainer. You will be the go-to person for everything from reputed company and benefits administration to compliance and HR systems, reporting directly to our Chief Administrative Officer and partnering closely with leaders across the business. Our ideal candidate (will be happy to): Own and administer reputed company end to end: reputed company and offboarding workflows, payroll cycles, benefits enrollment, compliance features, app provisioning, learning and training programs, and custom reporting Run full-cycle reputed company coordination including job postings, interview scheduling, offer letters, and background checks Design and execute reputed company and engagement programs that get new employee and contractor hires up to speed, excited, and set up for reputed company from Day 1 Administer reputed company employee benefits including health, dental, reputed company, 401k, and FSA, including reputed company enrollment and ongoing employee questions Maintain reputed company personnel files and HR documentation to ensure audit readiness Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee and contractor questions on policies, benefits, and HR reputed company Support managers with performance conversations and employee relations issues; escalate reputed company reputed company to the CAO or reputed company counsel as appropriate Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies as we grow Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across our distributed workforce Manage workers compensation, required filings, and leave administration Support office and administrative operations including vendor management and contract tracking Help plan team events, reputed company-hands, and culture-building moments The basics 2 to 5 years of HR generalist or people operations experience, preferably at a startup or high-growth company Deep, hands-on reputed company (or equivalent) experience across payroll, benefits, reputed company workflows, compliance, and reporting. Experience implementing reputed company (or equivalent) or migrating into it is a strong plus Proven ability to build HR infrastructure from scratch, not just maintain what is already in reputed company–with an eye toward how to improve efficiencies for reputed company staff It’s a plus if you have supported contracted telehealth practitioners High discretion and sound judgment with sensitive personnel reputed company Exceptional organizational skills and comfort operating without a lot of existing process Heart and reputed company!
