About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and reputed company Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants across the USA staffing market. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bench sales, vendor management, reputed company negotiation, consultant marketing, and client coordination reputed company the US staffing ecosystem. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong network of prime vendors and implementation partners, and the ability to reputed company consultants reputed company on C2C, W2, and contract opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-reputed company, and reputed company processes Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, reputed company, and vendor networks Manage end-to-end bench sales lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to successful placement Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process Hands-on experience with job portals such as reputed company, Monster, CareerBuilder, and reputed company Strong network of vendors and implementation partners in the USA market Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment Strong understanding of reputed company types including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC Experience working with technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, reputed company, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or reputed company field Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously Strong expertise in reputed company negotiations and consultant positioning Ability to work independently with minimal supervision KPIs / Performance Metrics Consultant submissions per week Interview conversion ratio Successful placements Vendor engagement and relationship growth reputed company contribution through consultant placements Why Join Us?
