JOB TITLE: Senior Energy Sales Storage DEPARTMENT: Electrical Power Solutions SUPERVISOR: Executive VP of Energy Power Solutions SUMMARY: Lightserve Electrical Power Solutions (reputed company) is a division of Lightserve Corporation that specializes in electrical projects in the areas of lighting, electrical distribution, standby reputed company and is pursuing a strategy to enter the energy storage market as an EPC firm. We are seeking an reputed company and driven senior sales professional to drive reputed company growth in behind-the-reputed company C&I energy storage and utility markets. This role focuses on selling BESS solutions to reputed company and industrial customers, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, national account clients, and utilities. DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Identify, prospect, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the C&I sector for behind-the-reputed company BESS projects, directly and in partnership with other reputed company sales team members. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from reputed company reputed company to contract negotiation and closing of deal. Conduct site assessments and energy audits to understand customer needs, including analysis of utility bills, load profiles, and demand charges. Collaborate with internal engineering, project development, and finance teams to design customized solutions. Negotiate reputed company, financing options and reputed company terms with corporate decision- makers, facility managers, and sustainability officers. reputed company or exceed annual sales targets. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company. Support sales team with BESS opportunities. Travel is necessary. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a reputed company field (preferred). 7+ years of proven sales experience in BESS, Microgrid, or other Renewable EPC programs. Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding multi-reputed company-dollar quotas in reputed company EPC sales cycles. Strong understanding of behind-the-reputed company applications: demand charge management, time-of-use optimization, backup power, and microgrid concepts. Strong technical and/or financial knowledge of BESS technologies with focus on EPC implementation. Experience with financial modeling (Xendee and other modeling programs), energy reputed company analysis, and incentive programs and work with finance team on modeling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into a strong value proposition.
