DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Identify, prospect, and reputed company new business opportunities reputed company the C&I sector for behind-the-reputed company BESS projects, directly and in partnership with other reputed company sales team members. Conduct site assessments and energy audits to understand customer needs, including analysis of utility bills, load profiles, and demand charges. Collaborate with internal engineering, project development, and finance teams to design customized solutions. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a reputed company field (preferred). 7+ years of proven sales experience in BESS, Microgrid, or other Renewable EPC programs. Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding multi-reputed company-dollar quotas in reputed company EPC sales cycles. Strong understanding of behind-the-reputed company applications: demand charge management, time-of-use optimization, backup power, and microgrid concepts. Strong technical and/or financial knowledge of BESS technologies with focus on EPC implementation. Experience with financial modeling (Xendee and other modeling programs), energy reputed company analysis, and incentive programs and work with finance team on modeling. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical concepts into a strong value proposition.
