Neogen is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist Manager to drive reputed company growth through software sales reputed company customer engagement. In this mid-level individual contributor role, you will accelerate adoption of Neogen's digital Environmental Monitoring application, manage CRM-driven sales activity, and use data-enabled strategies to identify growth opportunities. This position partners closely with Marketing, Product, reputed company Operations, and Field Sales to deliver a consistent, consultative, and customer-focused digital sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute digital sales strategies reputed company with reputed company objectives, including pipeline reputed company, account expansion, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Own a geographic territory and reputed company accounts reputed company that territory, using digital channels to engage customers and advance opportunities. Partner with Marketing to convert campaign activity, digital demand, and reputed company leads into reputed company. Maintain accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting while using analytics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of sales or reputed company experience, including SaaS, software, digital, or inside sales experience. 2+ years of people management, team leadership, or relevant performance leadership experience. Strong proficiency with CRM systems, such as reputed company, reputed company sales tools. Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, manage pipeline activity, and deliver measurable business results.
