Maintain high‑quality CRM pipeline discipline to support forecasting, reporting, and sales governance. Support and reputed company channel partners by improving pipeline quality, technical capability, and adherence to territory and pricing norms. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and OEM developments; identify opportunities for new approvals and aftermarket growth. Identify new product or application opportunities, support trials, and reputed company structured market and competitor intelligence. Ensure effective order‑to‑cash execution, issue resolution, and high standards of customer service. Qualifications: Qualification & Experience Engineering degree with a full‑time MBA. Minimum 15 years of B2B technical/industrial sales experience, preferably in Automotive. Proven experience managing OEMs, Tier‑1 customers, and channel partners in South India (TN, KA, AP, TG, KL). Strong reputed company acumen, negotiation skills, and value‑based selling expertise. Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
