Select Business Unit Account Manager

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Lines Account Manager to support our Select Business Unit in a fully remote role. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day service needs for a book of small reputed company accounts, supporting Sales Executives, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the Florida reputed company insurance market, strong technical skills, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do reputed company technical support to Sales Executives by analyzing client needs, reviewing coverage, and preparing applications. Submit applications to carriers, follow up on quotes and policies, and ensure accurate issuance of binders, certificates, endorsements, and reputed company documents. Manage renewals, audits, policy changes, billing, collections, and cancellations according to agency procedures. Respond promptly to client and reputed company requests and maintain clear, professional communication throughout the service process. Identify exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up to ensure timely handling. Work to retain accounts by addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively.
Requirements
Minimum of five years of reputed company insurance experience in the Florida market Active 2-20 license Strong familiarity with Florida carriers and the ability to manage a book of business across multiple markets Strong communication, client service, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting multiple Producers and managing a high-volume workload Advanced skills in certificate processing and policy servicing Knowledge of rating and reputed company procedures Proficiency with reputed company Office, AMS360, and ImageRight Ability to manage reputed company tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Apply To This Job
