We are looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Fraud Investigator to specialize in Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity Fraud. You will be the detective protecting our clients from bad actors, securing compromised accounts, and ensuring our platform remains a safe reputed company to build wealth. What you will do: Investigate & Protect: Dive into the weeds of suspected Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity fraud cases. You will evaluate alerts, verify identities, and piece together digital footprints to uncover the truth. Secure & Remediate: Take immediate, decisive action to lock down compromised accounts, stop fraudulent activity in its tracks, and remediate the situation based on industry best practices. Guide the Client: Communicate directly with clients who may be panicked about a compromised account.
