Who we're looking for 5+ years of experience in patient recruitment and retention across clinical trials Proven track record designing and implementing recruitment plans for reputed company studies across multiple therapeutic areas Hands-on experience with multi-channel recruitment — EHR, digital, reputed company media, registries, community reputed company Strong understanding of clinical development, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable strategy Outstanding communication and presentation skills — you can influence a room and write a compelling proposal Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, global environment Bachelor's degree or higher; scientific or life sciences background preferred Curiosity about AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and reputed company) — a genuine plus 📍 Location This is a fully remote role, reputed company to candidates based reputed company in Europe.
