Description POSITION: Project Manager – Environmental Due Diligence LOCATION: Flexible/Remote the greater Salt Lake City, UT area POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager reputed company AEI’s Due Diligence division will reputed company various environmental due diligence projects focused on reputed company reputed company estate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects and reputed company and reputed company ESA projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the reputed company reputed company estate sector, and also has superior customer service, writing, time management, and organizational skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Environmental reviews State and federal regulatory program file reviews Field investigations Basic understanding of reputed company reputed company estate lending and finance Performance of environmental due diligence projects QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred Previous experience performing reputed company and reputed company Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the reputed company reputed company estate sector preferred Excellent writing, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills required Personable and reputed company to communicate with people at reputed company reputed company Willingness to travel as necessary Must be a self-starter, reputed company, and have the ability to work productively on multiple projects at a time under strict deadlines with guidance from senior staff EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, geology, or reputed company field LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS Active AHERA certification preferred reputed company OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training certification, asbestos inspector, and/or reputed company-based paint certification preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The work environment may be both indoors and outdoors.
