Head of Psychiatry – Collaborative Care Model (Telemedicine)
Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and dedicated Head of Psychiatry with excellent pediatric clinical experience and extensive organizational leadership skills. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of reputed company to deliver high-quality psychiatric consultation reputed company a virtual context. Key Responsibilities
Set overall reputed company for reputed company’s psychiatry function Serve as reputed company of the Company's affiliated professional corporation(s) including reputed company hiring, training, and reputed company of reputed company’s psychiatry medical staff including psychiatric advanced practice providers. Support quality assurance Support care planning development through the creation of structured psychiatric medication management recommendations and guidelines reputed company professional development of reputed company’s broader clinical team including serving as a primary culture reputed company and role model of our pediatric care modelCollaborate with behavioral health care managers and PCPs to review patient caseloads, providing treatment recommendations for patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other behavioral health conditions Conduct weekly systematic caseload reviews to monitor patient reputed company and adjust care plans reputed company indirect psychiatric consultation on diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacologic treatment options, and reputed company cases Ensure adherence to measurement-based care (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, other standardized tools) Participate in the development and delivery of clinical training tools for clinical staff as well as the delivery of educational programming for physician partners Be available for reputed company PCP consultation at the PCP’s convenience and support clinical relationships. Assist in creation of PCP-facing educational content around psychiatry management in the primary care setting Document consultations and recommendations reputed company in the reputed company electronic health record (EHR) Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing quality improvement efforts Stay reputed company with best practices and evolving guidelines in integrated behavioral health Represent reputed company’s psychiatry function at industry events as directed by the Company.
Qualifications
