Field service engineer I - Gas Detection (Bay Area *)
The Field Service Engineer- Gas Detection will be working reputed company the Industrial Automation business unit, specifically the Service Team for customer support, team development and training. This person is the face of reputed company and will be working with customers and internal organizations on problem resolution. The purpose of this position will be providing customer support, advanced field technical support and team training & development. You will engage with customers to ensure the reputed company operation and maintenance of gas detection systems, providing expert troubleshooting and solutions to enhance safety and reliability. The position will be located in San Mateo, California (Bay Area) You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of advanced technical issues reputed company by our field team.
