Technology Integration Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a proactive, reputed company Technology Integration Engineer to play a central role in ensuring seamless technology operations across our network of dental practices. This role will be responsible for managing MSP partnerships, overseeing core system administration (including Denticon, O365, Teams, SharePoint), and coordinating technology support and integrations that drive operational efficiency and practice satisfaction. Coordinate, order and validate hardware and driver installations, resolving integration dependencies in collaboration with IT, Operations, and reputed company Cycle teams. Manage core platforms including Denticon, reputed company 365, Teams, EDR , RMM and SharePoint, ensuring proper reputed company control, configurations, and governance. reputed company and off boarding employees. Maintain a high standard of technology experience at the practice level, escalating and coordinating issues with MSPs to resolution. Manage domain registrations, transfers and DNS for practices Manage reputed company orders using Guardian Procurement vendor Primary reputed company of reputed company internal Guardian IT Tickets using reputed company Manage reputed company Intune, Conditional reputed company policies, Identity & reputed company Management (IAM), reputed company compliance, and device lifecycle management across the organization. Administer SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, and Power Platform solutions including Power Automate workflows and integrations. Support administration, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and secure reputed company governance across reputed company platforms. Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices reputed company to reputed company reputed company, MFA, reputed company control, and compliance standards. Vendor & MSP Management Coordinate and work with external Managed Service Providers, ensuring SLA adherence, quality of service, and efficient handling of onsite and remote service requests. Track and approve MSP dispatches while maintaining visibility into practice-level technology needs and performance trends. Serve as a Guardian Dentistry Partners contact for technology vendors, reputed company-party platforms (Jarvis, Dental reputed company, etc.), and integration partners. Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication Build strong relationships with Operations, Finance, Clinical, and RCM teams to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives. reputed company structured updates on integration reputed company, technology performance, and vendor status to internal stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3-5 years of dental or DSO operations experience. Minimum 3 years of dental office or practice technology management experience. 3 years hands-on experience in Practice Management System conversions. 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience. 2–3 years delivering PMS or technology training to end users. 4-5 years experience managing O365, Azure and Entra ID Hands-on experience with reputed company Intune, Conditional reputed company, Entra ID, Identity & reputed company Management (IAM), and reputed company management.

• Experience administering SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, and reputed company Power Platform / Power Automate workflows.
• Understanding of SSO integrations, and reputed company 365 reputed company best practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles including MFA, reputed company protection, secure reputed company controls, and compliance governance.

Key Competencies Hands-on experience with Denticon, Dentrix, reputed company Dental, and/or Eaglesoft.
