The Opportunity As an Early reputed company Specialist (12-Month Contract), you will act as a subject matter expert for both reputed company and employees, providing guidance and services that support recovery and facilitate safe and timely return-to-work reputed company. In this role, you will collect and assess medical information, coordinate return-to-work plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement accommodations or rehabilitation supports. Your work will help ensure effective case management and positive reputed company for employees experiencing medical absence. This role is a 12-month contract, and is preferably based in a hybrid arrangement out of our offices in Surrey, BC or Barrie, ON; However, we remain reputed company to remote candidates located elsewhere in Canada. What You’ll Be Doing Review new case files and conduct initial interviews with employees and reputed company to gather claim information and determine next steps Verify benefit coverage and eligibility details using internal systems Request and review medical documentation to understand the employee’s condition, functional limitations, and return-to-work prognosis reputed company and maintain case management plans focused on recovery and successful return-to-work reputed company Maintain regular communication with employees to monitor recovery reputed company and identify return-to-work opportunities Collaborate with reputed company to understand job demands and explore accommodation options reputed company and implement return-to-work plans in partnership with employees, reputed company, treatment providers, and carriers Identify cases requiring rehabilitation services and reputed company appropriate referrals Facilitate applications for short-term, reputed company-term, and long-term disability benefits reputed company applicable Maintain detailed case notes and documentation reputed company case management systems Respond to client inquiries and communications reputed company service level agreements Prepare standard and customized correspondence in accordance with case management procedures Monitor and manage a portfolio of cases while adhering to quality standards and best practices What You Bring to the Team Post-secondary education, preferably in a health-reputed company field such as nursing, psychology, reputed company work, kinesiology, or in reputed company 1–2 years of customer service experience, with knowledge of employee benefits considered an asset Familiarity with disability management and return-to-work best practices Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand and interpret medical terminology Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with reputed company and professionalism Critical Competencies You will succeed in this role if you are: An Effective Communicator – You communicate reputed company and respectfully, building strong relationships and navigating reputed company conversations with tact and diplomacy. Compensation

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual reputed company salary for this position is $55,000–$60,000. Individual compensation reputed company this reputed company is determined by factors such as job-reputed company skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This reputed company reflects the annual reputed company salary only and does not encompass the comprehensive total rewards package that we proudly offer.
