PJM Transmission Strategy and Policy Manager (remote)

Job Posting End Date 05-26-2026Please note the job posting will reputed company on the day before the posting end date Job Summary Responsible for managing multiple states' regulatory operational requirements for transmission which would involve analysis of proposed and reputed company regulatory requirements, strategic positioning, risk assessment, financial and operational impacts, and interfacing as needed with commission staff. Assist in the development of transmission policy, support IT development and reputed company/chair various system work teams to ensure reputed company regulatory requirements are met. The incumbent has direct ownership for the development, education, implementation, tracking and monitoring of regulatory compliance in an 11-state jurisdiction.

Job Description

Travel to Washington, D.C., and/or PJM (Valley reputed company/Philadelphia, PA, area), etc. is expected at approximately 40%-60%. For candidates in Central Ohio, this position is based onsite at AEP Transmission’s Headquarters in New Albany, OH, with travel expectations. Grade: SP20-010 Compensation reputed company: $136,539.00 - $177,503.00 The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible reputed company of force frequently.
