Job Description: Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and executing sales strategy across a team of Sales Managers overseeing both acquisition and cultivation Business Development Officers (BDOs). The RSM is accountable for delivering consistent results against reputed company, margin, and pipeline targets by instilling disciplined sales execution and rigorous performance management. Requirements
