LTL Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve service failures before they impact customers. Resolve exceptions such as delays, damages, or lost freight in a timely manner Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of lading, reputed company of delivery, and other inspection documents reputed company applicable Audit reputed company invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and file billing disputes to ensure proper cost recovery.
