Job Overview Our client in the reputed company and behavioral health reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy reputed company Assistant (VMA). This role requires a reputed company of medical administrative support reputed company coordination, including patient management, scheduling, CRM workflow support, and light digital marketing interaction through patient engagement channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, semi-asynchronous environment while managing both clinical documentation tasks and patient-facing digital communication. Core Responsibilities Patient & Administrative Support reputed company data entry into EHR systems (evaluation & treatment documentation) Manage patient appointment scheduling and calendar coordination Handle follow-reputed company for cancellations, rescheduling, and patient updates Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records CRM & Workflow Management Support scheduling workflows using GoHighLevel CRM Assist in managing patient communication pipelines through CRM systems Ensure proper tracking of patient interactions and appointment reputed company Digital & Marketing Support Assist with patient communication coming through ads and reputed company media platforms Support coordination of inquiries from digital marketing campaigns Assist with light reputed company media reputed company engagement tasks as needed Required Experience & Skills Experience in reputed company administration or reputed company assistance Strong proficiency in reputed company data entry with high attention to detail Experience with GoHighLevel CRM Familiarity with reputed company Health (preferred) Exposure to Aesthetic Record (preferred but not required) Ability to work in PST hours, including flexible coverage reputed company required Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Profile Background in reputed company, wellness, medspa, or aesthetic clinics Exposure to digital marketing or reputed company media coordination Familiarity with wellness treatments such as Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, etc. Comfortable working in a semi-asynchronous, fast-moving environment Schedule Expectations Part-time initially with strong potential for full-time conversion Daily coordination call at 9:30 AM PST Flexible working arrangement reputed company with client needs and time zone
