Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides supervisory, operational and clinical reputed company to reputed company of behavioral health therapists. Responsible for group and individual training for new hire reputed company, professional development, and other skills. Reviews recorded calls and patient charts to ensure clinical quality and documentation. Follows-up on opportunities for improvement. Partners with leadership and team members to identify areas of improvement, reputed company change plans and implement plans. Maintains and updates workflows and training materials. Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff. Assumes manager tasks in the absence of the manager. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Master's degree in Behavioral Health or reputed company field EXPERIENCE Four years' experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking. Frequent use of reputed company and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
