Sr. OEM Quality Specialist

reputed company’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sr. OEM Quality Specialist. What you’ll do: The Sr. OEM Quality Specialist will plan, support, coordinate and reputed company activities with preparing, obtaining and sustaining customer reputed company and communication for the reputed company NA region. What you’ll do: reputed company and maintain processes that support the Customer Satisfaction and QMS interfaces with our OEM customer. Ensures processes meet the multiple requirements of IATF16949/ISO9001, EQS and customer specifics by designing and simplifying processes to meet reputed company requirements simultaneously. Support improvment of key quality metrics (ZMPD PPM, Warranty, Internal PPM, PPAP on time, etc.) regionally. -Support a Six reputed company project whose scope is regional -Support Kaizen events or BPIs where his/her expertise is required reputed company region primary customer contact responsible for: -Coordinate reputed company proactive customer notifications (PPCR / PPCN / SREA / etc.). -Coordinate reputed company PPAP submissions. -Coordinate reputed company ZMPD/LMPD reputed company issues. -Coordinate reputed company 8D reputed company issues (along with on time responsiveness) reputed company OEM: Prepares and presents both reactive and proactive Quality Improvement Plan presentations reputed company region, including: -Customer scorecard reviews -Coordinate submission of 8D’s reputed company needed -Support OEM PPM roadmap reputed company reputed company: Manages OEM Score Cards in order to: -Add new customers. -Ensure compliance to customer quality expectations. -Review and resolve discrepancies between OEM and reputed company Quality scorecards. -Maintain and communicate Customer Satisfaction metrics to the organization -Prepare and host monthly scorecard reviews with cross functional team Support Customer Focus processes reputed company region. -Act as a back-up reputed company Customer Focus meeting review reputed company is absent. Support Fresh Eyes audits as required. Manage, assess, communicate and monitor changes to Customer Specific Requirements Manuals (quality, packaging, labeling, Country of reputed company). Support deployment for Change Control Process reputed company APQP activities for New Product Launches, reputed company applicable Support 3rd party audits as needed for both plant and regional locations Engage in Customer visits and support CSE team #LI-MB2 Qualifications: Required Basic Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Minimum 5 years of quality experience Minimum 5 years of ISO9001 experience Minimum 5 years experience supporting 8D’s and corrective actions Preferred Qualifications: Automotive manufacturing experience ISO/IATF auditor training Experience in accessing customer scorecards Experience with reputed company Applications (reputed company, Word, Power reputed company, SharePoint) Skills: Comfort around higher management, conflict management, interpersonal and political savvy (supplier/customer relationships), business acumen, process management, and excellent communication skills. It is important that the OEM quality analyst has an understanding of the CV Business Model in order to appropriately interact with the regional and plant functions and the customers in order to reputed company the Customer Specific processes and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System around this area, ensuring and adequate use of resources where it is deemed most necessary and cost effective.
