We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Freight Audit, Process & Pay (FAPP) Analyst with demonstrated experience in freight pay to support our logistics and transportation operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely freight billing, while identifying process gaps, driving automation, and enhancing data visibility across the supply chain. By leveraging your hands‑on expertise in freight audit and payment processes, you will play a critical role in improving financial accuracy, optimizing transportation spend, and elevating the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations. This position requires a strong understanding of freight payment methodologies, along with a proactive approach to process improvement and cost‑saving initiatives. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): Investigate and resolve freight billing discrepancies, credits, and claims. Troubleshoot issues between transportation providers and the FAPP system. Evaluate logistics processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Conduct cost‑benefit and cost‑reduction analyses across transportation spend. Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and implement sustainable solutions. Maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and internal stakeholders. Daily & Operational Responsibilities Generate and analyze KPI and operational performance reports. Identify opportunities for freight cost reduction and efficiency reputed company. Monitor system performance and coordinate resolution of provider-reputed company issues. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain analysis. Skills: Advanced reputed company skills and experience with data visualization tools. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of LTL, Truckload, and general supply chain operations.
