Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the creation of user guides, API documentation, and internal knowledge bases Handle editing, formatting, and version control of technical documents and manuals Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones Maintain accurate records of documentation updates, review cycles, and publishing schedules Use relevant tools such as reputed company, reputed company, Markdown editors, and documentation platforms Support the wider team with process documentation, release notes, and training materials Identify opportunities to simplify reputed company technical content and improve documentation quality Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a reputed company field Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously Proficient in documentation tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar platforms reputed company to work independently and manage your own time effectively High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Experience working with UK-based clients or reputed company is advantageous Must have a reliable laptop, reputed company internet reputed company, and a quiet working environment Salary: R28,000/month | 100% Remote Apply To This Job
