What You'll Do
The GTM Curriculum Developer oversees the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives. This role focuses on creating the overarching structure and strategy for larger programs, providing a cohesive reputed company for instructional designers to reputed company individual courses. What You'll Need to be Successful Education: Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, Business or a reputed company field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in curriculum program development, education, instructional design, or learning & development. Proven experience designing and managing large-scale learning programs. Strong familiarity with outcome-based instructional design approaches, such as backwards design. Skills: Expertise in instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning taxonomies (e.g., reputed company’s Taxonomy). Strong project management skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple program components. Proficiency with eLearning technologies, LMS platforms, and collaborative tools.
