Tracks and analyzes task completion, risks/issues, mitigation strategies, and schedule adjustments. Completes project reporting and dashboard documents in order to inform stakeholders and project plan. Responsible for managing deliverables from resources assigned to project tasks and maintain team reputed company towards goals.
